Description
Shift Requirements: 12 hour variable shifts. Majority 0500-1700, 0900-2100, 1000-2200, 1100-2300 with the ability to flex to 1400-0200 and 1700-0500 occasionally. PM Shift would start 11am or 2pm.
• Float requirements: May be required to float to other locations: Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: 12 hours in a 6 week period. Response time: 30 Min. Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS- ARC or AHA
• Minimum Experience: 5 years - must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required.
Trauma Level II experience required.
• Charting Experience: EPIC required
