Description
• Shift Requirements: 12 hr nights 7p-730a
• Float Requirements: Float Requirements: will float between MS ICU and Neuro ICU units- possible float to other critical care units and other inpatient units as needed.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: Picking up call permitted, not required. Response time (if picking up call): 1 hour. Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours - can be low censused in hour increments as needed. Unit will typically low census in 4 hr increments and could ask for a traveler to work only 4 or 8 hrs of the shift. This is not considered to be on call.
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, NIHSS and ACLS required. CCRN preferred, not required.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of MedSurg and ICU experience. Must have strong Neuro experience
• Charting Experience: EPIC preferred.
