Description
Director of Rehab Requirement:
- Master’s degree in clinical, psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in inpatient/residential behavioral health required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical care, therapy, assessment, and regulatory standards
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Licensed clinician (e.g., counselor, social worker, psychologist) required per state.
- CPR and de-escalation training required (or upon hire).
