 ICU/PCU RN (Critical Access Hospital) | Nights

Position: ICU/PCU RN (25-bed Critical Access Hospital)
Shift: Nights
License Required: Active WA RN License

Must-Have Requirements

• Active Washington RN License
• Recent ICU and PCU experience
• Comfortable floating to Med-Surg as needed
• Strong telemetry and patient assessment skills
• Experience with patient education, safety protocols, infection control, and accurate documentation
• Able to independently manage a variety of patient populations in a small rural hospital setting

Key Responsibilities

• ICU, PCU/Telemetry, and Med-Surg patient care
• Patient and family education
• Medication administration and physician order management
• Reporting critical lab values
• Infection control and isolation precautions
• Complete and accurate charting/documentation
• Shift handoff communication
• Equipment troubleshooting and safe operation
• Maintaining emergency carts and unit supplies
