Description
Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for our client's Home Health (Hospice) program.
Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Potential for conversion into a permanent role or Extension depending upon business needs.)
Local Pay Package:
- $50.00 – $55.00 per hour (W-2)
Travel Pay Package:
- $2,400.00 – $2,550.00 per week (Includes taxable & nontaxable parts)
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36
Productivity Expectations (points): 30
Coverage Areas: 60 mile radius around Peoria, AZ
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes on a rotation
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y
