🕒 Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for a travel assignment supporting a busy Level III Trauma Center. This position is ideal for experienced travelers who are confident in all aspects of sterile processing, endoscope reprocessing, decontamination, sterilization, instrument tracking, and surgical instrumentation support.
The ideal candidate will have recent acute care hospital experience, Epic proficiency, and strong knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization standards.
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 2 years Sterile Processing experience
- Minimum 2 years Travel Experience
- Current CRCST (HSPA/IAHCSMM) or CBSPD/CSPDT Certification
- Epic experience required
- Acute Care Hospital Operating Room experience
- Experience with surgical instrumentation and endoscope processing

- No on-call required

Important Notes
- Experienced travelers only
- 40-hour non-billable orientation
- Travelers may be asked to float to nearby sister facilities if needed

- Strong acute care SPD background
- Endoscope reprocessing expertise
- Experience with Sterrad and Steam sterilization
- Knowledge of infection prevention standards
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Prior travel experience required
