RRT Travel Assignment – NICU (Night Shift)
Position Overview
- Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Openings: 2
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: 4x12s (48 hours/week), every other weekend (EOW)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Dates: Any Monday from June 22 – July 20 (latest)
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
- Travel experience required
- NICU experience required (Level III NICU — will be primary unit)
- Neonatal oscillating ventilator experience REQUIRED (must be proficient)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Level II Trauma experience required
- Draeger ventilator experience required
Certifications
- BLS
- CRT or RRT
- Active State License
- Additional certs as applicable

Work Expectations
- Rotating through all hospital units, including:
- NICU
- Pediatrics
- Floating frequency depends on census/staffing
- May be asked to orient students or new hires
- Holidays required as needed
