Job Title: Travel LTAC / Telemetry Registered Nurse – Nights (Vent & Trach Exp Required)
Job Description: Malone Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled, clinically sharp LTAC / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a premier Kindred Hospital facility in Indiana.
LTAC nursing provides an incredible opportunity to leverage your critical care or high-acuity telemetry skills. You will oversee shift accountability for complex, chronically ill patients requiring advanced clinical pathways, cardiac monitoring, and aggressive respiratory weaning protocols.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Indiana (Specific facility location provided upon inquiry)
- Facility Type: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
- Specialty: LTAC / Telemetry RN
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Duration: 13 weeks
Unit Scope & Core Patient Care:
- Manage a dedicated acute caseload presenting with complex multi-system failures, severe sepsis, dynamic cardiac arrhythmias, and advanced wounds.
- Direct monitoring, tracking, and clinical intervention for patients with active ventilator support, tracheostomies, and continuous telemetry configurations.
- Exercise strong leadership, scientific judgment, and delegation skills to supervise assigned LPN and CNA personnel on the night shift.

Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of recent Telemetry or LTAC experience inside an acute hospital setting REQUIRED.
- Clinical Skills: Proven, hands-on Ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is mandatory.
- Licensure: Active Indiana or multi-state Compact RN license in hand.
- Certifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS required (must be submitted upfront).
