Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Acute Care / NICU / Pediatrics

• Assess, treat, and monitor adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients with respiratory disorders.
• Independently perform adult intubations and assist with airway management and emergency resuscitations.
• Manage mechanical ventilators, non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), high-flow oxygen therapy, and respiratory support devices.
• Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers, inhalers, oxygen therapy, humidity therapy, chest physiotherapy, and airway clearance treatments.
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs) and communicate critical results to providers.
• Respond to rapid response, code blue, and emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention.
• Provide respiratory care for NICU patients, including ventilator management and neonatal resuscitation support.
• Perform EKGs during off-hours and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  Must-Have Experience
  Independent adult intubation experience
  Level II or III NICU experience with ventilators
  Adult respiratory care experience
  Pediatric respiratory care experience preferred
  Mechanical ventilation management
  ABG collection and interpretation
  CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Oxygen Therapy
