Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Ability to assess clinical conditions, recognize and interpret serious situations, prioritize effectively, and take appropriate immediate action
• Experience developing and implementing individualized plans of care, including discharge planning
• Competence in forming and supporting nursing diagnoses and evaluating patient outcomes
• Strong skills in patient and family education, including tailoring teaching methods to learning needs and barriers
• Ability to document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and care coordination activities
• Familiarity with and ability to operate and monitor emergency and specialized equipment (e.g., monitors, infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators as applicable)
• Ability to administer therapies as prescribed, including medications and IV therapy that may impact hemodynamic and respiratory status
• Demonstrated ability to delegate appropriately, provide oversight for assigned care, and offer technical guidance to other nursing staff and support personnel
• Commitment to professional, ethical, and legal nursing standards
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete pre-employment credentialing clearances (including background check and drug screen)
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing/walking/sitting, climbing stairs, stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience supporting care across a broad range of patient needs (e.g., medical, surgical, psychiatric, and obstetrical considerations)
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and comfort sustaining a safe, well-prepared clinical environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• RN License
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant nursing experience required
