Position Highlights:

• Location: Pennsylvania (Specific facility details provided upon inquiry)
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR) RN – Trauma/Transplant Focus
• Primary Shift: 4x10-Hour Nights (19:00 – 05:00); Manager will also consider a hybrid schedule of two 8s (23:00 - 07:30) and two 12s (19:00 - 07:30) to meet unit needs.
• Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed * Duration: 13 weeks

Clinical Scope & Surgical Tech:

• Circulate (and ideally scrub) complex, high-acuity surgical cases within a busy Level I Trauma framework.
• Direct primary support for specialized Liver and Kidney transplant surgeries.
• Utilize the Cerner EMR system for precise intraoperative charting.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strictly required by the facility.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent acute care OR experience, including 2–3 years of dedicated Level I Trauma history with verified Liver/Kidney transplant exposure.
• Travel History: Prior travel experience is required (No first-time travel nurses).
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license strictly in hand at submission.
• Certifications: Active AHA BLS and a recognized Trauma Certification are mandatory.
• Schedule Commitments: Must fulfill a fair weekend rotation (2 weekend nights per 6-week block) and participate in the holiday rotation (1 summer/1 winter shift worked, plus 1 summer/1 winter holiday call block).
