Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU (required)
RRT preferred (CRT may be considered only with strong 2+ years NICU experience)
BLS certification (required)
NRP certification (required for NICU role)
Cerner or Epic EMR experience (required for first-time travelers)
