Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 Years of Recent LTAC and Telemetry Experience in a Hospital Setting
• Ventilator Experience Required
• Tracheostomy Care Experience Required
• 2–5 Years of RN Experience Preferred

Position Overview

The LTAC/Telemetry RN is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process while ensuring compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies. The RN will provide clinical leadership, prioritize patient care needs, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
