Stepdown/PCU RN | Indianapolis, IN | 13-Week Travel Contract

Weekly Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU)

Requirements

Active RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Minimum 2 Years of Stepdown/PCU Experience
Recent experience caring for Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery patients required

Unit Highlights

23-Bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3–1:4
Epic EMR
Specialized post-surgical cardiac care environment

Patient Population

Cardiovascular Progressive Care (CVPCU)
Cardiac Surgery Patients
Thoracic Surgery Patients
Vascular Surgery Patients
High-Acuity Stepdown Patients

Schedule Details

12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Every 3rd Weekend Rotation
Holiday Rotation Required
No Call Requirement

Floating Requirements

May float to other Progressive Care/Stepdown Units based on patient care needs
