<p>The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention.  The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span. </p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required</li><li>Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required</li><li>Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred</li><li>Current CPR if applicable</li><li>TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable </li><li>Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) </li><li>Must meet all federal, state and local requirements </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li></ul><p> </p><p>This is a school position, and this a 1 year long contract!
