Travel Contract - LDRP RN

General Qualifications:
• Current New Mexico RN License or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) License
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (or equivalent)
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience relevant to the assigned department
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to patients of all ages
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning

LDRP Requirements:
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months of hire
• SAFER NM Technician certification preferred
• Experience in all aspects of labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Skilled in labor support, delivery assistance, and newborn assessment
• Knowledge of sterile technique and maintenance of a sterile field
