CVOR RN | Days | 3x12s | Level I Trauma Academic Medical Center

Shift: Days | 6:15 AM – 6:45 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 Years of Recent CVOR Experience Required
  • Scrub and Circulate Experience Required
  • Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Experience Required
  • BSN Preferred

Join a nationally recognized Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center specializing in complex cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant procedures. This high-acuity surgical environment offers exposure to advanced surgical techniques and cutting-edge patient care.

Transplant & Specialty Procedures

  • Liver Transplants
  • Kidney Transplants
  • Pancreas Transplants
  • Whipple Procedures
  • Advanced Pancreatic Surgery

Schedule & Call

  • 3x12-Hour Day Shifts
  • Rotating Start Times as Needed (Monday–Friday)
  • Call Required
    • Typically 3–4 Weekday Call Shifts per 6-Week Schedule
    • Typically 1–2 Weekend Call Shifts per 6-Week Schedule
    • Additional call may be assigned based on department needs
  • Holiday coverage as needed and discussed in advance

Candidate Requirements

  • First-Time Travelers Accepted only with 2+ years of experience in a Level I Trauma Facility
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
  • Ability to float within the surgical service line as needed
