Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Facility Name: Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital
Facility Address: 2434 W Belvedere Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215
- LPN License | Cerner | BLS | behavioral
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required (2 years preferred per job profile).
- Experience in LTAC, LTC, Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Pulmonary, Ventilator, or Behavioral Health settings preferred.
- Must be willing to float between Burk units, Hall units, and Household units.
- Every other weekend coverage required.
- Experience with wound care, feeding tubes, Foley catheters, blood glucose monitoring, tracheostomy care, and medication administration preferred.
