🩺 Position Overview

This Facility is seeking experienced ICU/Neuro ICU RNs for a 13-week assignment in their 16-bed Neuro ICU unit. You’ll care for critically ill neurological patients requiring advanced interventions in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment.

This is a great opportunity to strengthen your ICU skillset while working with cutting-edge equipment and an experienced team.

⏰ Schedule Details

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Scheduling: Partial self-scheduling (manager balances schedule)

✅ Requirements

Experience: 2+ years ICU experience (Neuro ICU strongly preferred)
Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
License: Active RN license
EMR: Meditech

Unit: Neuro ICU (NVICU)
Beds: 16
Patient Ratios: 2:1 (occasionally 1:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity)

Lumbar puncture support
Chest tube & EVD insertions
Advanced ICU technology:
- Ventilators
- CRRT / SLED
