🕒 Shift Options:

  • Primary: Fri/Sat/Sun – 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Alternate Schedule (if needed): Mon–Thurs – 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Department: Ultrasound (Radiology)
  • Coverage: 24/7 imaging services
  • Charting Systems:
    • Meditech (EMR)
    • FUJI Synapse (PACS)
  • Floating: None

 

🔧 Equipment & Technology

  • 3 GE Logiq E9 XD Clear Ultrasound Machines
  • Advanced probe disinfection with Trophon systems
  • Well-established protocols for high-level infection control

 

🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered imaging care
  • Maintain high-quality imaging standards and documentation
  • Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols

 

🧪 Procedures & Case Types

  • OB/GYN imaging
  • Abdominal studies
  • Vascular studies
  • Some pediatric imaging
  • Occasional procedures (thora/paracentesis support)

 

✅ Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound Tech experience
  • RDMS (ABD & OB/GYN)
  • RVT Certification
  • BLS Certification from AHA
  • Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently

Preferred Traits:

  • Strong patient care and customer service mindset
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
