Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging) - Contract in Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Job Overview

• Position: Ultrasound Technologist

Job Description

• Provide ultrasound services across multiple specialties including:

  • General ultrasound
  • Vascular imaging
  • Small parts imaging
  • Breast imaging
  • First trimester obstetrics
• Assist with biopsies
• Serve both inpatient and outpatient care settings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARDMS or ARRT(S) registration required
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Additional Requirements

• Must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility (radius rule)
• Compliance with Colorado CAPS registration may be required (processing can take up to two weeks)
• Accurate Social Security number and date of birth must be provided to avoid onboarding delays

Notes

• Weekend and on-call duties are part of the schedule
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
