Facility Name: Sutter Health Center for Psychiatry
Facility Address: 7700 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95826
- Active California LVN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience required; recent inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months required.
- BLS certification required.
- CPI, ProAct, PMAB, MOAB, or Handle With Care certification required.
- Experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric settings with crisis intervention, de-escalation, restraints, and behavioral management.
- Must be willing to float and take call as needed.
- Every other weekend coverage required.
- No RTO will be accepted for this assignment.
