Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by joining a dedicated school-based mental health team in Moreno Valley, CA! Cross Country Education is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT or LCSW) to support K-12 students and provide a full spectrum of care for the upcoming 2026 - 2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to promote student resilience and pro-social behaviors.
- Conduct mental health screenings and implement strategies to increase access to culturally competent School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) programs.
- Partner with staff and community providers to streamline referrals and improve service sustainability.
- Execute school-wide safety protocols, including suicide prevention and post-vention support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling Psychology
- Valid California Clinical License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required)
- Bilingual Spanish skills (Highly Preferred)
