A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Physical Therapist- Home Health. This will be full time.

Physical Therapist- Home Health Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm M-F (No Weekends or On Call)
• Counties covered: INDPENDENCE, SHARP, IZARD, WHITE, FULTON, JACKSON

Physical Therapist- Home Health Compensation

• The pay for this position is $65.00-70.00 an hour + mileage reimbursement
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Physical Therapist- Home Health Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders and referrals.
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments using appropriate evaluation tools and procedures.
• Review patient medical records, including current diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and develop individualized care plans to maximize patient independence and functional outcomes.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans and goals as needed.
• Communicate patient needs, progress, and treatment recommendations to physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding evaluations, treatment plans, patient progress, and discharge planning.
• Recommend, obtain, and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices to improve function and support rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation according to company, facility, payer, state, and federal requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, professional practice standards, HIPAA regulations, corporate compliance programs, and all applicable state and federal laws.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Aides in accordance with state practice regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical education programs, and professional development activities.
• Complete continuing education requirements and maintain current clinical competencies and licensure requirements.
• Support a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care while promoting quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. 

Physical Therapist- Home Health Requirements

• 1 year of experience with Homecare Homebase Software
• 1 year of experience with OASIS
• 1 year of home health experience
• Licensed Physical Therapist
