Description
Travel RN Opportunity – CVICU
Location: Parkersburg, WV
Facility: WVU Camden Clark Medical Center
Start Date: 6/29
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days
Weekly Gross: $2,407/week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours (48-hour schedules available)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- EPIC experience
Unit Details
- 18-bed CVICU
- Mixed ICU and Step-Down population
- Ratios:
- 1:1 Fresh hearts and device patients
- 1:2 ICU patients
- 1:3 Step-Down patients
Required Experience
- CRRT
- Ventilator management
- Temporary pacemakers
- Post permanent pacemaker care
- Acute MI (pre/post cath)
- Mediastinal/chest tubes
- Arterial lines
- Hypothermia protocol
- Titration of vasoactive and critical care drips
Preferred Experience
- Fresh open hearts from OR
- IABP
- Impella
- Swan-Ganz/hemodynamic monitoring
