Description
EEG Technologist – Travel Assignment
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule
- Shift: 3 x 12 Days
- Hours: 10:45 AM – 11:15 PM
- Weekend rotation required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of EEG Technologist experience
- Current Registered EEG Technologist Certification (Required)
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of EEG procedures, patient monitoring, and neurological testing
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced EEG procedures as ordered by physicians
- Prepare patients for testing and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Monitor patients throughout testing and respond appropriately to clinical situations
- Accurately record, analyze, and document test results
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Deliver accurate results in a timely manner to support patient diagnosis and treatment
