Laboratory Manager / MLS
Pay: $2,806.00/week
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week | Occasional Weekends
Requirements
- ASCP, AMT, or equivalent MLS certification required
- 5 years of clinical laboratory experience
- 2 years of laboratory leadership/management experience
- Epic Beaker proficiency required
- Kronos/UKG proficiency required
- Hospital laboratory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily laboratory operations
- Supervise laboratory staff and workflow
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Director on policies and procedures
- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee testing for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department specimens
