Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical | Permanent Position
Shift:12hr Nights
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical and surgical patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changing clinical conditions
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
