Description
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift
Shift: 3x12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee (TN) License required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- NRP preferred but not required (nursery experience is a plus)
Schedule Details:
- Rotating weekends required
- No on-call requirement
- No floating
- Block scheduling not available
- Guaranteed hours with up to 12 hours called off every 2 weeks
Candidate Requirements:
- Local candidates not accepted (within 50 miles)
- Pending licenses not accepted
- RTO reviewed on a case-by-case basis

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
