Description
No required certification # years experience: 1 year of home care or hospice experience. Prefer experience with Meditech home care EMR. Anything else? They will need a reliable car, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Required Certifications: BLS, Valid Driver's License & Insurance, must be licensed and fingerprinted in CT. Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics: Adults and geriatrics, No pediatrics - All common patients, medication management, CFH, COPD, post surgical, Ortho - total joints, CVA, dementia, hospice. Additional Job Duties/Utilization Review involved?: Evaluations, treatment, plan of care. RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc): No vents, o2 only Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year experience, highly preferred Oasis experience.
