Description
LVN/LPN VNA Home Care - no call or float!
40hr Days 8:00a-4:30p
Weekends may be required as needed
Traveler will be required to own a vehicle as they will be providing care in patients homes
Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years; Prefer home health experience, however, will accept med surge experience/nursing home or facility experience. Phlebotomy skills required.
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes
Epic charting experience required!
Certs Required: BCLS, NH state
Avg. Daily Census: 415
Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses: Medical and surgical diagnoses; Our nurses are generalists taking care of wound care, ostomy's, indwelling catheters, surgical patients; CVA, Cancer, edema, Sepsis, COPD, CHF; Skills checklist will be performed with the onboarding process
Special Equipment: coagucek, phlebetomy skills, Aspira drains
**Travelers are not considered if they have ever been a former employee at any facility associated with Solution Health regardless of length of separation or duration of time worked at health system**
