Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies before surgery.
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operative procedures.
Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases.
Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently.
Assist with patient positioning and OR setup.
Support orthopedic, spine, neuro, transplant, and trauma procedures.
Participate in on-call coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of recent acute care hospital experience as a CST.
Active NBSTSA Certification.
Active Colorado DORA Registration/Certification.
BLS Certification.
Strong Orthopedic/Joint surgery experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a surgical team.
