Simplifi Clinical Interviews  Unit: Womans Health and OB Services   Experience Required: 2 years surg tech experience and competent with c-sections and OB procedures; will accept first time traveler  Certs Required: BLS, CST not required  Skills Required: proficient with c-sections, assisting with vaginal deliveries, CNA type tasks (stocking rooms, helping patients with ADLS, etc.), OBGYN surgeries (occasional tubal ligation), knowledge of aseptic surgical technique and preps of material, supplies, and equipment for surgery. Soft skills: basic computer proficiency, customer service/interpersonal skills.  Patient Types:  32 weeks and above Majority of patients are lower risk Hypertension, magnesium administration, medication management for substance abuse, epidurals, elevated BMI, diabetes Post delivery will stay in the same room. RN will continue care post-delivery Post-women’s surgeries (preferred experience)  Ratios: 1:1 Laboring 1:2 Active Labor 1:3 Couplets
