Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation
Facility: DCH Health Care System – Rehabilitation Pavilion
Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
Weekly Gross: $2,110
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Shift

Day Shift
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
12-hour shifts
Facility may consider 36 or 48 hours per week

Requirements

Active Alabama RN License or Compact License
No temporary licenses accepted
NURSYS verification required
AHA BLS or American Red Cross BLS
Minimum 2 years RN experience
- May consider 18 months if candidate has at least 1 year of recent Rehab experience

Charting System

Meditech

Patient Population

Stroke patients
Hip fracture patients
Pulmonary rehab patients
Other rehabilitation patients requiring inpatient care

Unit Highlights

Inpatient Rehabilitation Pavilion
Daily provider rounding
24-hour patient monitoring
Multidisciplinary rehab team
Advanced rehabilitation equipment and therapy programs

Floating & Scheduling

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals
Holidays required
Every other holiday rotation
