Description
• Shift: 7PM-730 AM (1 day shift left will go quick)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 36/48 (unless otherwise noted):
• Call Requirements: yes 2 hours for the oncoming shift
• Years of Experience: 3+
• Float Requirements: as RRT , some NICU/PICU. acute care pediatrics and ED required as well as adult acute and critical care
Education & Certifications Required:
• Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):
BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU
RRT required
• Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT
• Patient Ratios: acute 1:25, critical 1:8
• Equipment: vernts: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: tertiary, teaching hospital experience, level 1 trauma
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU/PICU Caridothoracic
• Type of Patients on Unit: varied
• Personality Fit: flexible, team player, great communication skills
