💼 Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic rehab therapy team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain levels
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and safety protocols

✅ Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active State Physical Therapist License (Required)
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association (Required)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (Preferred clinic setting)
