Start 6/29 or EOM for 13- weeks

Shift: 3x12 Nights
Travel Pay: $16/hr + $1,246 non taxed stipend ($42/hr OT)
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,822

Description:

Long Term Care (Extended Care unit) LPN needed

1 yr min experience required.
Long Term Care Experience , SNF Experience required.

Certs/Lic: CO Nursing License required to be on file and active, BLS required

20 bed unit, ages 65-99. Dementia, Failure to thrive, COPD, HTN.

Athena is EMR.
