Description

2 year hospital + Pediatric - Play Therapy experience is required

6-month contract Psychotherapist to support Healthy Young Minds ambulatory services, with coverage split between Palo Alto (PAD), Fremont (ALD), and Sunnyvale (CAD) as patient needs dictate.

Req Certs:
LCSW (OR) LMFT but LCSW is preferred.
-CA State License

GAD, MDD, Adjustment disorder, PTSD, Other emotional behavioral issue of childhood, ADHD, ASD (high-functioning), social anxiety, separation anxiety, Phobias, OCD, trichotillomania or other BFRBs

min 5 year of experience with valid license id required
