RN – Cath Lab | Days | Medical City Frisco

Facility: NA
Unit: Cath Lab (74630)
Location: Frisco
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Call Requirements

11–13 call days per month
Includes 2 weekends per month
Holiday call coverage:
- 1 Summer Holiday
- 1 Winter Holiday

Unit Overview

98-bed hospital
2 Cath Labs
Small, close-knit team
Equipment:
- Philips
- GE
- Pyxis
- MacLab
EMR: Meditech

Required Qualifications

✅ Minimum 3 years Cath Lab RN experience
✅ ACLS
✅ BLS
✅ Strong critical thinking skills
✅ Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ MacLab monitoring experience (training available)
⭐ EP procedure circulating experience (training available)

Common Procedures

Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Caths
TEE
Cardioversions (CVN)
Pacemaker Implants
Peripheral Vascular Studies (PVS)
EP Ablations
PE/DVT Thrombectomies
Lexiscan administration for Nuclear Stress Tests
