Physical Therapist
Positions: 1
Location: Charlevoix, MI 49720
Setting: General Outpatient
Patient population: School-aged pediatrics to geriatric populations.
Shift: 5x8s day shift. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30. No holidays. No weekends.
Call: No
OT rate: $123.75/hour
License/Certifications required: Michigan Physical Therapist License, BLS
Experience required: 1 year of recent experience.
