Description
Position Requirements
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Pending license candidates accepted
- Position may float between units based on unit needs
- No on-call requirement
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Block scheduling: Not available
- Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:5
- Nights: 1:10
- 48 hours: Not approved
- Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
Floating Requirements
AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities to meet the needs of PH&S. Travelers may float based on their skill sets.

- Seaside
- Saint Vincent
Seaside Floating Information
- Travelers assigned to a non-Seaside facility who are floated to Seaside will receive:
- +$5/hour incentive for hours worked at Seaside
- IRS mileage reimbursement
- Travelers floating for consecutive shifts will additionally be provided with a hotel
- The facility will provide as much notice as possible when assigning travelers to Seaside

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
