🏥 About the Facility & Unit

• Dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with 3 OR suites
• Level II Trauma Center (vascular & thoracic cases)
• 3-person-per-OR staffing model – strong clinical support
• EMR: Meditech

Team Structure:

• Day Shift: Charge RN + 3–4 RNs, 2 Scrub Techs, 1 Anesthesia Tech/Aide
• Night Coverage: 3-person on-call team

🫀 Advanced Cases You’ll Handle

This is a hands-on, high-acuity environment with exposure to:

• CABG, Valve Repairs & Replacements, TAVR
• EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid Endarterectomy
• VATS & Thoracotomy procedures
• Fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions
• Cutting-edge therapies: LVAD, RVAD, ECMO

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of CVOR RN experience
• Strong experience in cardiac, vascular & thoracic surgery
• Ability to take call (2–3 weekdays/week + 1 weekend/month)
• Reliable with 30-minute call response time

Highly Preferred:

• Scrub experience for cardiac/vascular cases
• Meditech EMR familiarity
