Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. The RN delivers compassionate, patient-centered care while adapting to various clinical settings throughout the travel assignment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
