Schedule: 

Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)35 Hours per Week

60-Minute Unpaid Meal Break

Half-Day Friday Option Available

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy outpatient clinic. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Implement therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Assist with discharge planning and transition of care recommendations
   

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences required
• High School Diploma required
  Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous outpatient, inpatient, or home health experience preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions Experience with orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-operative patient care preferred
