π Night Shift (3x10s or 4x10s) | 8:00 PM β 6:30 AM
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel assignment at a leading children's hospital. This role requires hospital pharmacy experience and exposure to pediatric patients.
Requirements:
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (TX RPh)
- PharmD required
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Pediatric pharmacy exposure required
- Experience with Epic charting
- Sterile compounding and IV preparation experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders
- Prepare and dispense medications in an acute care setting
- Perform pharmacokinetic, renal, pediatric, and therapeutic drug monitoring
- Compound sterile IV medications and manage medication therapies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
