Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Position

Location: Jefferson City, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Details

• Float position required
• No call responsibilities
• Block schedule: No
• Must request return to office (RTO) days with submission; days off to be made up at end of contract
• Patient ratio: 1:6 to 1:7
• Unit size: 34 beds in use (56 total)
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Royal blue
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
