Inpatient Pharmacist
Facility: The University of Tennessee Medical Center
Location: 1924 Alcoa Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920
Position Details
- Specialty: Inpatient Pharmacist

Available Shifts
Night Shifts
- 3x10-Hour Shifts: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 4x10-Hour Shifts: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Day Shifts
- 5x8-Hour Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 5x8-Hour Shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Requirements
- Pharmacy Residency preferred, or equivalent inpatient pharmacy experience
- Active license required prior to start (pending licenses not accepted)
Schedule & Additional Information
- Weekend coverage required
- No on-call requirements
- Block scheduling may be accommodated based on shift availability
- Requested time off (RTO) is negotiable
- No additional certifications required
- No special requirements

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
