Description
Hours: 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed
Schedule: Variable Shifts, Rotating Weekends
Required Qualifications
✅ Active Oregon RN License
✅ BLS Certification
✅ Valid Driver's License
✅ Personal Vehicle & Auto Insurance
✅ Minimum 1 year RN experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice RN experience
- Home Health experience
- Case Management experience
- BSN
- Strong end-of-life and palliative care background
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hospice nursing visits in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, SNFs, and adult foster homes.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing care evaluations.
- Manage pain and symptom control for terminally ill patients.
- Develop and update individualized hospice care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease progression and end-of-life care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
- Complete documentation in EPIC.
- Participate in weekend rotation and on-call coverage as assigned.

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
