💰 Compensation Package
✅ Weekly Gross Pay: $2,754
✅ Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,554
✅ Estimated Weekly Take-Home Pay: $2,538
✅ Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51/mile
🕒 Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No On-Call Requirement
• No Weekend Requirement
• Excluding Federal and UHG Holidays
🩺 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
• Restore function, reduce pain, and improve patient mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as required.
• Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
