Hospital: Central Florida Regional Hospital

Location: Sanford, Florida

Address: 1401 W Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771

Unit: 3 East and 3 Westn

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 42-50

· Patient Ratios : 22

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Yes

· Type of equipment : Computer

· Documentation system: Meditech, Midas

· Scheduling requirements: 8am-4:30pm with weekend rotation

· Floating policy: No

· Patient Experience requirements: Acute Care Case Management in UR,DCP and Transitions of Care -Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility set ups.

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: Joint, Stroke

Must have: Active Rn license

Advanced skills needed: DCP Assessment Skills. InterQual, Experience with Meditech and MIDAS

Procedures performed on unit: Rounding with teams, MDs and IDT

Certifications Required: CM a plus
